Blickle guide rollers at a glance

The Blickle product range contains a total of 6 different guide roller product lines that have been designed specifically for different applications in conveyor technology, as well as machine and systems engineering.

Whether for outdoor use, applications in cold or humid conditions or for use under dynamic loads – with diameters from 25 mm to 125 mm and treads made of polyurethane and plastic, Blickle always has the right solution.

The rollers are manufactured in an in-house polyurethane production and plastic injection moulding facility according to the highest quality standards – “Made in Germany”. This also enables maximum flexibility to fulfil special requirements. Whether special dimensions, electrically conductive versions, special bearings or special treads – Blickle guide rollers have stood the test in various industries worldwide in continuous operation .

  • Chemically bonded to the wheel center

  • Injected directly onto the ball bearing
