SVS steel wheel and caster series

The extra heavy duty wheels and casters in the SVS series are made from high-quality machined rugged gray cast iron. With a hardness of 190 - 230 HB, the wheels are highly resistant to wear and provide very low rolling resistance. The wheel series provides impressively high static and dynamic load capacity.

The SVS series is frequently used for machine and systems engineering applications. Due to their high load capacity and low mounting heights, the wheels are frequently used for applications where low mounting heights are required.

    The wheels in the SVS series are available in sizes 2 ⁹⁄₁₆ to 12 inch as standard. The wheels are provided with a ball bearing as standard. A spherical roller bearing can also be provided if required.

    The SVS wheel series in the standard range is also available with a variety of rig series with a plate fitting. These vary in terms of their design depending on load capacity requirements:

    LH series: Pressed steel swivel rig with top plate fitting, heavy duty design
    LS series: Heavy duty welded steel swivel rig with top plate fitting, heavy duty swivel head
