GVU – Wheel and caster series
Heavy duty wheels with Vulkollan® polyurethane tread and cast iron wheel center
The wheels in the GVU series use a gray cast iron wheel center and a cast high-quality Vulkollan® polyurethane-elastomer tread. This tread has a hardness of 92 Shore A. It also has a high dynamic load capacity and can be used at speeds up to 16 km/h with a reduced load capacity. The wheels are particularly resistant to abrasion and cuts and tear propagation. They also provide a low level of rolling resistance.
The GVU wheel series is the ideal solution for applications which involve moving heavy loads at high speeds. Load rollers, guide rollers (FSVU series) and drive wheels (GVUN series) with a Vulkollan® tread are frequently used in conveyor systems.

GVU – Wheels
Wheels in the GVU series have diameters ranging between 4 and 15 ³⁄₄ inch. The wheels are fitted with a ball bearing as standard. The wheels are also available as a drive wheel GVUN series or as a basic wheel with a steel wheel center and hole VSVU series.
