ALEV – Spring-loaded caster series

Spring-loaded casters with elastic solid rubber tires “Blickle EasyRoll” and aluminum wheel center

The ALEV elastic solid rubber series is made of a vulcanised Blickle EasyRoll tread and a wheel center made of die-cast aluminum. The vulcanised tread with a hardness of 65 Shore A provides a low level of rolling resistance, a high level of operational comfort, low noise operation and good floor preservation.
The ALEV wheels are available with the LHF rig with steel spring in diameters between 4 and 8 inch. The ALEV wheels are available in the sizes 4, 5 and 6 inch in combination with the LPFE rig with a polyurethane spring. Wheels with a non-marking gray tire are also available.

Due to the aluminum wheel center, the ALEV wheel series is also suitable for use at high speeds and is frequently used for the internal transport of sensitive goods in combination with spring-loaded rig series.

ALEV – Spring-loaded swivel casters with plate

As standard, the ALEV wheel series is available with a range of spring-loaded rig series with a top plate fitting. These vary in terms of their design and load capacity:

LHF series: Pressed steel swivel caster with top plate fitting, heavy duty design, with steel spring
LPFE series: Heavy duty swivel caster with top plate fitting, with polyurethane torsion spring
